What Do We Do?

We make loans to property investors ! We are able to fund loans quickly ! We offer two types of loans: A 5-year mortgage note and a 10-year mortgage note. The interest rate is 12%. Interest and Principal are paid monthly over the term. There is a $750 origination fee per mortgage. The area we service is the Oklahoma City metropolitan area and extended areas.

We work with all types of property owners: From people who do property rehabilitation and need a loan to remodel a property to turn-key landlords who buy properties, rent-ready. We are in the business of making loans to Landlords who seek to rent out their properties to renters.

What Type Of Properties?

We make loans on single-family homes and also multi-family dwellings. We can make loans on everything up to a 4-plex.

What Is Our Advantage?

As a private lender, we have the ability to fund loans quicker than a conventional lending source (banks) and with less paperwork. We require 2-years of Tax Returns and a Simple Credit Check along with a non-refundable $200 fee for qualification.
